Thank you for your interest in St. Fatima Language School Nasr City. We welcome applicants of different backgrounds and nationalities. We yearly open the admission for new promotion of Foundation Stage One, Year 10 applicants and a limited number of transfer students. The New Admission is usually announced in December. Kindly like our Facebook page for up-to-date information and news. SFS Team runs a selective and smooth admission process. A successful applicant should be able to show a progressive level of English and desirable conduct.

  • Fill in the online application* through the below “Apply Now” link
  • The Admission Team will review applications and contact applicant’s parent to:
    • Schedule an appointment to visit the Admission and Cashier Offices
    • Advice on missing documents and/or data to complete the Application
  • Applicants who have completed the online application will receive an admission assessment appointment according to dates availability
  • Applicants with appropriate scores will be called for a family interview where the Head of the related department meets the student and the applicant’s parents
  • Applicants will be informed of their application status in a timely manner either by an acceptance notification or apology call
  • No fees or original documents are required till this point
  • Parent(s) of selected applicants are requested to visit the Admission office to finalize their child’s application by submitting the below required documents and paying the down payment.

Fees

The first-class education is one of the most valuable gifts that parents can give to children and also one of the biggest financial commitments a family can make. Costs are substantial, and have tended to rise along with inflation in all other aspects of life. To help relieving parents of this burden, St. Fatima School offers different payment methods, installments system and sibling discounts.
For a more comfortable payment system, the School modified the fees installments into smaller payments on extra periods. The new fees collection system is as following:

  • 50% of School fees before the start of the Academic year on two installments in June and August..
    *New Comers are requested to pay a down payment within three business days from the acceptance to save a spot.
  • 50% remaining on three installments in November, January and April.

*Please refer to Cashier’s Office for specific amounts and discount details. Fees are paid in cash or by credit card.

School fees are exclusive of Bus and Uniform fees. Kindly refer to Buses Page for new bus installments plan, and cycle and sets availability.

FAQ

The minimum accepted age is three years and six months by October 1st.

Classroom has an average of 25 students per class.

Classrooms are fully equipped with up-to-date technology to allow students who are unable to attend physically due to health or personal reasons upon approval, to attend virtually and participate with their teachers and peers. The School runs a friendly and efficient LMS to enable both students’ and parents’ full access to School Academics.

The Academic Year starts in early September and ends by the mid of June. The School Calendar is usually posted by August. Normally, School day starts at 8 AM and ends around 3 PM. School days off are Friday and Sunday

The Admission assessment are conducted to provide School Team by an indicator of applicant level, passing grades are complex and eased on the review of the whole aspects of assessment and scores interpretation.

Re-sitting for assessment is rarely offered for certain cases.

The admission is primary opened domestically only. However, please contact the Admission Office once you arrive to Cairo and we will do our best to support you. Please contact the Students Affairs Office through School lines to receive up-to-date information on required certificates and legalization, depending on applicant academic situation.

Yes, credit cards are generally acceptable for down payments. Preferably double check with the Cashier Office in the morning of payment.

Both parents and applicant should attend the family interview to meet the Head of the Department for a 15 to 20 minutes meeting for personal introduction and academic feedback.

We hold seats for three business days, afterwards, we cancel the application.

Down payments are non-refundable. However, parent(s) may submit a withdrawal request at Cashier Office elaborating their request and School Administration will inform parent of request status in a timely manner.
