- Fill in the online application* through the below “Apply Now” link
- The Admission Team will review applications and contact applicant’s parent to:
- Schedule an assessment appointment according to dates availability
- Advice on missing documents and/or data to complete the Application
- Applicants with appropriate scores will be called for a School/family interview where presence of the student and both parents is required
- Applicants will be informed of their application status in a timely manner either by an acceptance notification or apology call
- No fees or original documents are required till this point
- Parent(s) of selected applicants are requested to visit the Students Affairs Office to finalize their child’s application by submitting the below required documents and paying requested fee.

Parent needs, to prepare the following documents to upload their soft copies:
- Student’s Recent Photo
- Computerized Birth Certificate with watermark
- Parents’ Photos, IDs and Degrees.
- Applicant previous year report

Accepted age for KG1?
What type of assessments do you run?
We run different exams according to the specific division and year student applied for. We currently use assessments generated by Cambridge University.
What is the passing grade?
The Admission exams are conducted to provide School Team by an indicator of applicant level, passing grades are complex and eased on the review of the whole aspects of exam and scores interpretation.
What if I failed in assessment? Do you provide a second chance?
Re-sitting for assessment is rarely offered for certain cases.
What academic degree level you request from parents?
The level of education achieved by a student’s parent is not a barrier that would impede the acceptance of an application to our school. We understand the importance of education for parents in providing guidance and support for their children, however, it is not a requirement that we take into consideration when considering students for admission. Our staff will evaluate students on an individual basis according to their academic qualifications, extracurricular activities, interest in our school and other factors that demonstrate their commitment to pursuing higher education.
What is the second language the School offer?
The School offers French language as a second language.
Do you have a Learning Management System?
The School runs a friendly and efficient LMS to enable both students’ and parents’ full access to School Academics.
I study abroad, how can I apply? What are the required documents?
The admission is usually open domestically only. However, please contact the Admission Office once you arrive to Cairo and we will do our best to support you. Please contact the Students Affairs Office through School lines to receive up-to-date information on required certificates and legalization, depending on applicant academic situation.
Are credit cards acceptable?
Yes, credit cards are generally acceptable for down payments. Preferably double check with the Cashier Office in the morning of payment.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer siblings discount, kindly contact the Cashier Office for up to date information.
Who should attend the family interview?
Both parents and applicant should attend the family interview to meet the School Team for a 15 to 20 minutes meeting for personal introduction and academic feedback.
What if I missed the payment deadline?
We hold seats for three business days, afterwards, we cancel the application.
What if I want to withdraw my application?
Payments are non-refundable. However, parent(s) may submit a withdrawal request at Cashier Office elaborating their request and School Administration will inform parent of request status in a timely manner.
