Attendance and Punctuality<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Academic success is directly correlated with attendance and participation in class. Punctuality shows
respect for peers, staff, school and personal responsibility for one\u2019s own learning. Students should strive to
be on time for classes and all other School co-curricular activities.<\/p>

  • All students must attend school at 7:30 am sharp for all grades.<\/li>
  • Any student arrives after the announced time will be considered and registered as late. His\/her name
    will be taken down in the tardiness sheet.<\/li>
  • In case of repeated tardiness for 4 times or more, he\/she will not be allowed to get into the
    classroom.<\/li>
  • Students have to attend on daily basis and bring their school supplies.<\/li>
  • Students are not permitted to get out of the school premises under any circumstances.<\/li>
  • Students will depart according to the following schedule: Primary and Preparatory stages at 2:20 pm
    Secondary stage at 1:40 pm<\/li>
  • The school gates open after the school buses departure.<\/li>
  • Parents should pick up their children from gate 6 and exit from gate 5.
    Note: Administrative staff appointments will be held at the end of the school day after getting the

    Students must have good manners inside the school premises. Though traits within good manners are uncountable,
    some traits are a must. These good manners are necessary for all. Some of such good manners which we can
    practice in our daily life are like:<\/p>

    • We should be helpful, polite and humble to others in every possible way.<\/li>
    • We must use the words \u2018sorry\u2019, \u2018please\u2019, \u2018thank you\u2019 and \u2018excuse me\u2019 when required.<\/li>
    • We must respect and preserve our school property by taking care of things we use in and around the
      classroom and school building.<\/li>
    • We must learn the habit of sharing things with others.<\/li>
    • We must always take permission before using other\u2019s belongings.<\/li>
    • We must be responsible as well as self-dependent for everything at every place.<\/li>
    • We should not use any offensive or abusive language to others at school, home or any other place.<\/li>
    • We must behave in a good way with humble respect to our teachers, parents and other elders.<\/li>
    • We should always maintain cleanliness at home, school, and all other public places.
      Discipline is necessary to create an atmosphere of healthy learning in classroom as every student obeys the rules and focus on learning rather than creating mischief in a class by this student able to focus more on information and

      Our School Uniform and General Appearance Policy reflects the message of those standards by
      encouraging the positive appearance, conduct, and efforts of our students. The purpose of our uniform policy is to create a climate focused on student learning, improve student behavior, allow
      students to be seen by others based on their unique personalities and not based on their clothing, reduce dress competitiveness, and improve the sense of the school unity, spirit and pride.<\/p>

      • Wearing the school uniform is compulsory.<\/li>
      • It must be clean and tidy without any logos or pictures. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.<\/li>
      • Students\u2019 shoes must be plain black.<\/li>
      • No caps, beanies or sweatbands are allowed.<\/li>
      • No makeup, nail polish and accessories are allowed.<\/li>
      • Students must care about their appearance in terms of haircut, cleanliness of nails, etc.<\/li>
      • It is necessary for boys to have neat short hair. As for girls, their hair must be tied in a ponytail or a braid using white, black or dark green hair bands.<\/li>
